Corded Deerskin Bracelets

These are handmade using an ancient spiral braiding technique known as cordage. Considered a primitive skills technology, it employs the principles of roping and is known for its combination of strength, beauty, and durability. Each one is cut by hand, then oiled and corded. They are made with free-range leathers from deer that were legally hunted and used for their meat. Two dollars from the sale of each bracelet will go directly to support wildlife conservation, specifically the protection and reintroduction of native species. *These open by twisting the loop end open and pulling the knot end through (see photo) OR you can size it large enough to roll over the wrist.
*For full or part-time wear. (Its fine to get them wet!)

SIZING & STRETCHING
*People love to get an exact fit on these, so I cord them to the maximum length of the size you order and tie the knot loosely so you can untie it and resize it for a custom fit. Though you're welcome to call or convo if you have any questions, it's very easy and I send specific instructions on how to do it. If you prefer I tie it to an exact length, I'm happy to do that. Just include that in the comments section when you order.
*Due to the cording technique and the pre-stretching that occurs during the oiling process, these generally do not stretch much, if at all, with normal wear. If for some reason, you ever get one that stretches more than it should, I will happily replace it for you.
